Monitoring Guides
This is a collection of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) monitoring guides used by the Compliance Review Division. The monitoring guides are used to conduct ongoing program, fiscal, and procurement monitoring of WIA subgrantees. The purpose of monitoring is to ensure that WIA grant recipient policies, procedures, and operations meet the objectives of and comply with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and policies.
